Marinate shrimp
Put shrimp in a container and coat it with oil, herbs, and salt. Let it sit a while in the refrigerator.

Sauté shrimp
Sauté shrimp in a frying pan -- don't over cook.

Rest shrimp
Set in oven to rest.

Heat oil for spinach
Place spinach in frying pan heated with olive oil to sauté.

Add garlic
Add crushed fresh garlic for flavor.

Cook spinach
Flip and turn spinach until generally wilted and dark.

Plate and serve
When done, place greens on serving plate and shrimp on top.
