Prepare pineapple
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup syrup.

Make marinade
Blend reserved syrup into cornstarch and soy sauce.

Marinate chicken
Marinate chicken in this mixture for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Drain chicken
Drain chicken, saving marinade.

Heat wok
In hot wok, add oil.

Stir fry chicken
Stir fry chicken 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Add onions
Add green onions and stir fry 1 minute.

Add bell pepper
Add green bell pepper and stir fry 1 minute.

Combine and thicken
Return chicken to bottom of wok and add marinade and pineapple. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Cover and cook one more minute.
