Prepare the Apple Betty

Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare bread and apples
Cube raisin bread, and mix with apples.

Fill baking dish
Spread evenly in a 9x9 inch baking dish.

Mix custard
In a bowl mix eggs with milk, sugar, cinnamon, molasses, and vanilla to combine well.

Pour over the bread and apples.

Make the Hard Sauce

Combine melted butter, powdered sugar, and bourbon and mix well.
