
Air Fryer Red Potatoes
Crispy air-fried baby red potatoes seasoned with smoked paprika and thyme, finished with garlic butter and fresh parsley. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Preheat air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Prepare potatoes
Wash, scrub, and dry potatoes. Cut in half and quarter larger potatoes.

Season potatoes
Add to a bowl and pour the olive oil, smoked paprika, thyme, garlic salt and pepper over the tops. Toss well.

Arrange in air fryer
Place potatoes in the basket of air fryer in single layer; don't crowd them.

Air fry
Air fry for 20-25 minutes or until they are fork tender and have crispy edges, shaking the basket two times during cooking. Cooking time will depend on how small you've cut your potatoes.

Make garlic butter
Add the butter and garlic into a small microwave safe bowl and cook for 25 seconds to melt butter and cook garlic.

Finish and serve
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the potatoes, and toss to combine. Add the parsley on top as a garnish.
