
Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
Prepare the Marinade and Pork

Mix spice rub
Stir together chili powder, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl until evenly combined.

Coat pork
Place pork on a cutting board and coat with olive oil; rub spice mix over the entire tenderloin until evenly coated.

Marinate
Place tenderloin in a large zip-lock bag with Worcestershire sauce and honey. Seal bag and marinate 1 hour or so.
Air Fry the Pork

Prepare air fryer
Lightly coat air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place tenderloin in basket at a diagonal angle so tenderloin lays flat and straight in basket.

Initial cook
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.

Finish cooking
Reduce temperature to 325°F and continue to cook, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 140°F, 12 to 15 minutes.

Rest
Let it rest about 10 minutes before slicing so juices don't slip out.
