Instructions
Prepare the Salmon

Remove skin
Remove skin of salmon.

Season salmon
Rub top side with extra virgin olive oil and then press in the dry rub seasoning mixture.

Portion salmon
Cut into individual serving size pieces.
Cook and Glaze

Air fry salmon
Bake pieces in air fryer at 400°F for 12 minutes.

Make sauce
Make sauce by heating butter, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice in skillet and let simmer long enough to reduce slightly.

Glaze salmon
Insert the cooked salmon and use large spoon to baste in hot liquid sauce.

Place atop rice and add extra sauce.
