Place the fish in the air-fryer basket and coat with cooking spray. Cook until browned and crispy, 4 to 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature is between 130°F and 135°F.
Cook's Notes
For larger fish steaks, increase cooking time to 12-16 minutes to ensure fish is cooked through. Always flip pieces halfway through cooking. For smaller portions (8 oz.), simply halve all ingredient measurements.
