Dry the fish
Dry the fish well with paper towels.

Make coating mixture
Combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and hot sauce in a small bowl.

Prepare cracker coating
Crush the crackers and place them in another bowl.

Coat the fish
Coat the fish in the mayonnaise mixture and then roll it in the crushed crackers to cover all sides.

Carefully place fish into the air fryer basket sprayed with cooking spray in a single layer, not touching the sides or each other.
