Prepare wet coating
Whisk Greek yogurt, egg, and 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon hot sauce in a bowl.

Prepare dry coating
Mix panko bread crumbs, paprika, garlic pepper, and cayenne pepper in a separate bowl.

Coat chicken
Dip chicken strips into yogurt mixture; coat with panko bread crumb mixture.

Arrange in air fryer
Arrange coated chicken strips in a single layer in an air fryer.

Cook
Cook at 400°F until evenly browned, about 8 minutes per side. For chicken legs, cook at 400°F for a total of 20 minutes.
Cook's Notes
By eliminating the oil in traditional deep frying we get a recipe the family loves and is practically fat free! Serve with fat-free ranch or blue cheese dressing and more Frank's for dipping! Be sure to remove skin from chicken so you don't waste all the seasoning in the dry ingredients when you're eating it.
