Remove skin
Remove skin of salmon by pouring boiling water over the filet (placed atop a grill over a collecting pan or sink). Peel off the skin gently.

Cut salmon
Cut into 2-inch chunks.

Coat with mustard
Cover salmon chunks with spicy brown mustard. Stir to make sure all sides of all chunks are covered.

Season
Season with favorite seasonings like BBQ rubs or spice mixtures.

Prepare air fryer
Optional: spray cooking plate inside air fryer.

Arrange salmon
Place chunks in fryer, not touching.
